Sinfully Delicious Lava Cake

I have tried so many Lava/ Molten Cake recipe. This is one of the best Lava Cake recipe. Gotta it from Nigella Lawson. Really enjoy watching Nigella Kitchen on The Cooking Channel. She makes cooking look so easy. hahaha!!!

Ingredients:

50 grams soft salted butter 

350 grams best dark chocolate

150 grams caster sugar

4 large eggs 

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

50 grams plain flour 

Easy Cheesy Oreo No Bake Cake

I have 2 boys who love to bake. They always help me when ever i bake.  So this is our most favourite cake. No bake cheese cake. Its so easy!
