One of my child is such a picky eater. He prefers cheese over rice. He only eat rice once/twice a month. He wants to eat cheese everyday. If i'm too lazy to make pizza bread from scratch, i just use this bread. As for topping, i'll use whatever i have at home, hotdog, salami, leftover chicken, mushroom etc, some tomato sauce, cover it with mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Pour some mayo after finished baking it.
